What happens if I have to cancel my shoot?

In the event of you having to cancel your shoot due to illness or other unavoidable situations it is always possible to re-arrange the date at no extra cost. We ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice, if at all possible, especially if we are travelling a long distance.

How will I receive my images?

In most cases I supply the images that you decide to go for on DVD in high resolution format. I can also arrange for photos to be transferred digitally (i.e not on a disc) if preferred.

Can I order Prints, Frames, Canvases, Albums?

I can happily point you in the right direction when it comes to excellent quality Print/Canvas/Frame suppliers but in general I tend to keep things simple by just supplying you with your images so that you are free to do what you desire with them. I can design Albums or Multi Image lay outs for prints on request for an additional fee. 

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our shoot?

Believe it or not, bad weather can make for very dramatic pictures and we can often adapt our shoot to the conditions (I.e finding some suitable indoor alternatives). However, if the weather is a real problem we can rearrange your photoshoot.
